For the past two years, it has become a tradition that San Tan foothills football team help with the Dr, Seuss reading  event at San Tan Heights.

Head football coach Rodger Schenks and members of the football team  read several Dr. Seuss books to San Tan Height elementary school.

Schenks said this is just one of the ways his team tries to act as mentors to younger students. Add a comment

This challenge provided a great opportunity for our students to gain real world experience in the engineering design process.  We were able to work with engineering design software used in the industry today and connected with several community members and mentors.

There were 8 teams competing here at STFHS.  The STFHS winning team is “Blackout”, consisting of:

This past Saturday, January 28th, over 200 students from 14 schools across Arizona, ventured out to San Tan Foothills High School, in San Tan Valley, AZ, to compete in the Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) Regional Competition.

The students competed in a number of different categories ranging from Job Interview Skills to Entrepreneurship and Financial Systems to Marketing Presentations.  The competitions were either individual or group presentations and were judged by local business people and community residents from Coolidge, Florence, San Tan Valley and surrounding areas.
