On Friday, March 8, 2013, the Wolverines participated in the Pinal County Mock Trial Competition.

The students won their case and Shayla Prince took home Best Closing Argument for the second year in a row and Rachel Jones took home the award for Best Witness.   Add a comment

At Coolidge Unified School District’s March 6th regular Governing Board meeting, Governing Board Student Character Awards were presented to students from San Tan Valley schools.

At Coolidge Unified School District’s March 6th regular Governing Board meeting, former Governing Board member Thomas Bagnall was recognized for his dedication to the Coolidge Unified School District.

Mr. Bagnall served on the Governing Board from 1991 through 1994 and again from 2009 through 2012.   Add a comment

At Coolidge Unified School District’s February 13th regular Governing Board meeting, Outstanding Service Awards were presented to employees from West Elementary School and Hohokam Middle School.

Bright and motivated students make up the San Tan Foothills Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) program.

These motivated future leaders recently completed their FBLA regional competitions at the ASU Polytechnic campus.  The competition included 14 other schools with over 300 students.  San Tan Foothills competed with 25 well prepared students.  That preparation propelled them into victory lane throughout the competition. Exciting News!  Heartland Ranch Elementary School won a free assembly from the Rodel Foundation.  The Rodel Foundation sponsors MAC-Ro Math, a program implemented by the Coolidge Unified School District last year.

This assembly is awarded to schools that have 100% participation and make significant growth in the area of math, according to Rodel Data.   Add a comment

The Wolverines did an outstanding job representing the Coolidge Unified School District #21 on Saturday, January 26, 2013 at the Regional Future Cities Competition.

Mountain Vista Middle School was one of 30 schools to participate in the competition this year – one of only two schools in Pinal County.

Congratulations to Biviana Rodriquez, Nathan Pugh, McKenzie Banks, Tatyana Williams and Keegin Juden for their hard work and dedication to this endeavor.   Add a comment
